How to Apply
It is fundamental that people in this position are able to relocate and hold a current SIA Licence. If you do not have one we will provide you with the training. In order to achieve this there is a requirement for a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check. You must be able to prove you are eligible to work in the UK.
Stage 1.
All applicants will need to send a CV and answer the two questions listed below on a separate A4 sheet.
1. What personal qualities will you bring to the Academy?
2. What style of leadership do you think is most effective?
In addition:
If you already work for Showsec a sponsor form (please get your sponsor to contact Katie Farmer who will email the form to your sponsor)
If you have not worked for Showsec contact details including an email address for someone who can provide a testimonial as to your suitability for this post.

Stage 2.
All applicants will be contacted following short listing and successful applicants will be invited to attend a half day Selection Centre. You will be invited to the nearest location which will take place in Feb 2011.
Stage 3.
Showsec Academy 5 starts in March 2011 for successful applicants.
All new Associates will attend a 3 day induction session. This will provide a general introduction to the company, an outline of the training programme, the role and responsibilities of a Showsec Academy Associate and an opportunity to work and socialize with colleagues.
